Won't let me upgrade and screen crashes out

im new to typeform, like it, and trying to upgrade, but when i click all prompts to upgrade, the page times out when trying to load.

 

I cant find a support place to raise this - can anyone help?

i couldnt do it via desktop, but it worked via mobile!
