환불요청드립니다. 1월 19일 59상품결재후 또다시 실수로 1년구독의 531상품을 결제 하였습니다. 두가지 다 취소 해 주시길 바랍니다.

You will need to contact the billing support team to request a refund. You can do that via this link. Make sure you are signed into your Typeform account first so it pulls through the correct email address.

환불 요청합니다 계정 netpen11@naver.com 이며 당일 결재된 59달러와 531 달러 두건에 대해서 당장 환불 요청 드립니다. 환불에 따른 별도의 카테고리가 없어서 매우 불편합니다. 당장 환불 해 주시길 바랍니다.

환불에대해서 지원이 너무 부족합니다. 
타입폼에 대해서 점점 공부해가면서 앞으로 유용하게 사용 될 것이라는 계획을 세웠는데 .. 한화 90만원 잘못 결제되어버리고.. 환불받는 과정이 너무너무너무 험난하네요! 이래서 겁나서 서비스 쓰겠습니까?... 고도화 되길 바랍니다진심으로... 지
