Email follow up - receive email on form completion

I can no longer find the trigger email notification of form completion. The settings wheel does not have the follow up section people are referring too.

Can someone please help?

​@DJG = Typeform made some changes.. look under the Workflow tab and at messages on the right hand side… as in the image below
