Prompted to 'verify account' when attempting to edit Email content for notifications


I am trying to modify the contents of email notifications from Typeform when a submission is received.

 

When I go to: Workflow > Messages (Send an email to myself/the team) > Edit content, I get an error code “Verify your account. To edit email content, please verify your account. For more information and help, contact support.”

I don’t see any option to verify my account.

How do I verify my account in order to be able to edit the email content?

I have the same issue, I can’t amend the subject line of a message and don’t have an option to verify. 

 

This is only happening on a new form I’ve created, old forms allow me to edit the subject line.

 

I can’t contact support I keep getting an error.

Hi ​@Melanie B what’s the error that you’re getting when you try to contact support? Are you logged into your Typeform account while creating a ticket?

I get this. I’m on Chrome but also had it in Edge

@Melanie B - use this link which i just tested and it takes you to the support page. 

as ​@Grace mentioned, you will have to be logged into your typeform account.

Thanks for sharing a different link ​@john.desborough hopefully that one works ​@Melanie B? Have you tried deleting your cookies to see if that works for getting the Help link working again?

Tried the link when logged in and get the same error and have tried deleting the cookies multiple times. 

 

Process is:

Follow link

Clear cookies

Get login screen

Login in

Send auth code

Add auth code

Login 

Get redirected to below:

We’re not sure why this error is occurring and don’t want you to be stuck in this loop!
