Prompted to 'verify account' when attempting to edit Email content for notifications


I am trying to modify the contents of email notifications from Typeform when a submission is received.

 

When I go to: Workflow > Messages (Send an email to myself/the team) > Edit content, I get an error code “Verify your account. To edit email content, please verify your account. For more information and help, contact support.”

I don’t see any option to verify my account.

How do I verify my account in order to be able to edit the email content?
