Hi there - I’m trying to implement a logic jump based on an NPS score 0-10

If the user submits 9 or 10 I want them to jump to a different question that asks them what the product does really well. However once they reply to this I want them to end the survey. However when they submit this response they then get served the other question which is for submissions 8 and below! Any ideas???

@Justin_2021 Just wanted to pop by and let you know that we’ll have an NPS question type within the Typeform builder in about two weeks! :grinning:

sounds like the logic jump from the product question does not point them explicitly to the end 

Would you be willing share a screen shot of your logic jump statements so that we can troubleshoot for you?
