Matrix results do not appear

Hello,

I put a Matrix question in my form and the results do not appear. 

Could you help me ?

@Xeniouska also keep in mind that when the user clicks the ‘other’ button to enter the text, they MUST also click the check mark at the end of the input form or press enter in order to make sure that the information that is entered into the field is saved and then submitted. 

you might want to make a comment in the description field to remind people to do so

Hello,

I put a Multiple question in my form + a line (on the photo the “D” line) where people can write a personal answer. But that answer doesn’t appear in my results !

Hi @Xeniouska Happy Wednesday! If you just added the answer option but it hasn’t been answered by anyone yet, you won’t see it appear until someone does. Do you happen to know if that is the case?
