I would suggest reaching out to our billing team directly for this one so they can see why you’re VAT number isn’t working. They can be contacted here.

I sent two times my problem but unfortunately, noone has got back to me.
Eventually, I paid the VAT in order to manage to complete my order and publish my surveys.
