Unable to connect Typeform to Airtable

Hi,

For some reason we are unable to connect our Typeform to Airtable. Here is the Typeform question:

And here is the Airtable column:

For some reason that’s what I get on the integration page:

I tried to delete all the fields and just put United States for example - still didn’t work. The strings are completely the same (checked and rechecked 5 time). It’s just doesn’t work.

Any clue?
