Difference between 3 type of questions

Hi guys,

 

Could you tell me what’s the difference between those 3 ? They seems to do the same job, why there’s 3 options?

Hey @Geoffroyc , these are quite similar question types indeed but there’s some differences. 

  • Opinion scale: very customisable number rating where you can set your own values to rate between and set your own labels (see opinion scale help page)
  • Net Promotor Score: this is a very common marketing question. You can edit the question but the values and labels are set. This is simply for ease as it’s a very common use case (see NPS help page)
  • Rating: allows you to select an icon and values between 1-5. Visually this option is quite different from the other two (see rating help page)
