TypeformSubmit Not Firing

When it goes to the completed redirect page where I fire off custom events for Facebook...it doesn’t fire off the TypeformSubmit event.

Any idea why this is happening?

Hi @att21 I tested the form, and I’m also not seeing that event pass through, either. :( Though, our technical team can take a closer look into this for you to see why that’s happening. Would you mind contacting them from your account email here? Thanks in advance!

Hi @att21 thanks for stopping by! I tested the form (shown above), and I can see that the events are sending to Facebook, though this may be related to the issue below. Do you happen to know is this is the case in your Facebook setup?

As mentioned, the TypeformSubmit event isn’t being fired.

A bit late to the party, we are also having similar issue with one of our client’s form that we manage.
