Excel showing in One drive


Hi There,

I have followed all instructions to integrate to excel. The system says it has been completed, however it is not showing in my one drive. Help please? TIA

Hey ​@Natalie Todd  i have a similar query with just one additional point that i have created connections that save my forms responses in an excel file in my onedrive folder but now suddenly the files are stopped updating whereas i am receiving responses in my forms till date but the files are last updated on 1st september 2024. I checked that whether or not my integerations may be got disables but they are enabled just as before.

please support and kindly let me know what would be the probable cause of this that my files in onedrive have been stopped updating.
