Sending Typeform responses to my email


Hello guys,

Usually I connect my forms to Notion but for this time, I would like to receive every responses to an email address. Do you have any ressource to do that ? I looked up in my settings but it doesnt seems to have a simple solution for that, just notification when I have a new entry. The issue is that, the person who will need to see the responses aren’t good with a computer so consulting Typeform is too much for him.

Oh! I thought the ‘Notification feature’ was just for a notification ‘You have a new query, check it out’.

So do I now have to set up Zapier in order to get emailed when someone submits on all my typeforms?

@Sodium Halogen - nope.. click on the Settings (gear) icon and choose Follow-ups. 

walk through the prompts and you will have the ability to get the notification sent to you on submission

I was trying to edit the body of my email on my contact typeform and it says that it is currently disabled to prevent misuse or abuse. Is this going to be turned back on at some point or are we now forced to set this up via Zapier instead?

@EABonneyCPA - you will need to raise a ticket with Typeform Support at this link in order to have them reset it.. (due to a previously documented/reported issue)
