Urgent support needed - account access

Hello, 

I’m not able to login to my account using the 2FA method - I’m not receiving any verification code emails. I therefore can’t login into support to request help. It is really urgent that I get access asap. Is there anyone on here that can help me resolve this issue?

    Hi @Liz sorry for the delayed reply, yes I did manage to get access thanks. Although it was tricky to get through to support because I couldn’t login to access it.
