I want to make a form where with each question a respondent answers, I will want a specific pre set recommendation made based on their yes or no answer. Then I would want those recommendations given at the end of the “quiz.” Is that possible?

I checked it out and I can’t see how that would work… It seems like it’ll give one recommendation based on how they answer the questions. I would like to pre set recommendations for each yes or no question asked and I would like it compiled and accessible to the respondent upon finishing the form.
