Can you give us a bit more information about what’s happening when you try to down the images? Are you seeing an error message?

Typeform is suck. Nobody has fixed this issue since I asked for help, even I contacted their support team. I lost my all files that it is important to me. Don’t use this tool or you will lose a lot.
