I have a bug when people answer the form.
Sometimes the message "sorry, that didn't work" with a dog picture appears. For most people it works, But for some it appears for no reason.
Do you know how to fix this?

We have no issues on our side and no other reports of issues so it seems this may be the respondents' browser or device. Are you able to reproduce the error? If so, can I ask you to please clear your cache and cookies and then restart the browser and try again? This usually fixes issues of this kind.
