Can typeform collect responses of targeted group for me?

I’m doing a user research of AI industry. My targeted group are specific as dev, ops of AI app and ceo, cto at AI startup. I need about 100 responses for my survey questionnaire from the targeted group.

but I need responses from a very specific targeted group, eureka seems to provide fewer options than i need.
