This might be a question that is answered somewhere already, but I couldn’t find anything about it.

I have now set up a custom subdomain, lets say 123.typeform.com

Previously the forms had the URL form.typeform.com …

If I don’t fully customize the URL and change the ID of the form, there are two thing I would need to know:

  1. Do all forms that have been embedded into web pages previously still work or do I need to change the HTML embedded code?
  2. Are the forms still available under the old URL form.typeform.com/to/….

Hi @daniel to answer your questions:

  1. Yes all form will work as long as they have either the custom url with subdomain or the classic form.typeform.com/to/{formId} URL
  2. The old URL form.typeform.com/to/{formID} will work as usual
