error : An error ocurred while processing the media

i tried to update background image at header or add new image it gives error “ An error occurred while processing the image “  i tried both ways by choosing image from gallery or uploaded new image but issue is still there.

can you please suggest why this is happening ?

    Hi @resa Huh, that is odd. Do you mind sharing the URL of the form and the approximate time the error happened? I can have our support team see if there are any errors showing on the backend.
