External people cannot access the questionairre

Hi There, when I send out my type form questionnaire I sometimes get the response that people who received the link cannot open the questionnaire, but have to create an account first, while others have no problems accessing the questionnaire via the link.

Does anyone experience similar issues? Please advise.

@NinaNLC - did you publish the typeform and SHARE the link - copy the link code.. ??

Thank you John! Yes I did exactly what you suggest, but somehow some people cannot access the form without signing up..

Thanks, @NinaNLC ! When I click on the link, I’m able to access the form. Do you have the form embedded on your website? And any browsers/locations this seems to be happening frequently?
