Hi there,

I have a very weird problem.
typeForm embed in WordPress website. Works perfectly until a member of our team from Dubai sent me this screenshot:
 

The form is still working from our offices around the globe. 
I created the empty HTML page and embed there. The same results for the Dubai office.
and the weird thing is if I send them a direct link to the typeForm form, it works.

Of course, we tested from different browsers. ISPs, laptops, IPs, desktop/mobile, OSes .. etc, have the same results.
A month ago, we didn’t have this issue. Everything started around 2-3 weeks ago when some of my colleagues started reporting this issue. In the beginning, we thought the issue was the office internet connection.

Does anybody have this weird issue?

This may be because of a firewall that is blocking the connection.

Try running a traceroute to form.typeform.com and see where in your network does the problem exist.

That’s what I did. And this is the issue. 

Now, the question is How to change the form.typeform.com to XXXXXX.typeform.com to avoid this blocking.

Did you have a similar issue?

Our clients are facing the same issue, and they are using mobile devices so we can’t ask them to run traceroute.
What’s the alternative solution for that?

Give them this URL to try in the mobile:

https://form.typeform.com/to/XXXXXXX
where XXXXXXX is the Number that you can get from "Share the link" 

If the link is not opened, that means it is blocked.

I am having the same problem. Any of our Dubai clients cant access the form. I am in Dubai and having the same issue - unless I use a VPN and then it works. 


TOP Priority right here guys, all of our operations are shoot down !

No one can use Typeform in UAE properly (need VPN) 

UAE is TOP 1 place for digital business, it’s going to be a massive down for you guys if not solved asap as we companies would have no other choice going to find alternative solutions.


We are currently facing major issue in UAE and not being able to see typeform when using one of local ISP named DU. I need your help to do a test, I would like your team to give me one form which has a custom domain for me to do a test and see if it can solve and that could be an option to use it

The issue is not only in UAE, our customers in Saudi Arabia are also facing the issue.
