Form uses scrollbars WPBakery embed

When I embed my form into our website (either fullscreen or with header/footer), the viewing window is very small, such that I can’t actually see the questions.

I presume it’s something to do with WPBakery not making a big enough iframe for it. How can I fix this?

Here’s the form: https://elcicgsi.ca/?page_id=6777

Thanks!

Pamela

I got it working by picking the Standard size instead of full page and manually editing the height in the code.

Hey @Pamela1! How are you doing today?

I'm glad you fixed it. Can you send us a screenshot so we can have a clearer idea of how you fixed it?

Wishing you a great day!

This is what I looked at before I manually changed the code.

Only the first question was terrible. The multiple choice ones in the middle worked ok from the beginning, but with the default height set, this first question (which I got from the Typeform template) was unreadable. [You can’t see the scrollbar in the screenshot, but it appears and could be scrolled to read the question.]

Hmm, yes I understand @Pamela1! In the screenshot, it doesn't look it's a webpage. Do you have the address of your website (where the form is embedded)? Can you send it here? So I can test it as well!

Hi Gabi.

I don’t have the first question there now (which was the first one from that template … text and then the orange button that says “sure, I have three minutes,” but the problem is still visible even with what I have.

Here’s what it looked like before I adjusted the height: https://new.faithfulservant.ca/form/

Adjusting the height was not an ideal solution because on mobile, it means people get the text and then a mostly blank screen unless they scroll down to see the stars and next button. But that was better than this tiny window on desktop (as shown in my example above).

I see, @Pamela1! And how does it look now that you have adjusted the height? Have you tried changing the size of the font as well? Maybe it gets more "readable"!

Hello,

Can you help me to fullscreen my page?

Thank you

Hi @Patricenguyenhuu What is the question you have about the embed or issue you’re experiencing?
