Hi @Sunshine376 That’s definitely odd. Do you happen to know if there are any countries in particular where this is happening? Also, if you wouldn’t mind sharing the form, that would be great!
Hi Liz,
It is the less developed countries, some, we know only have 3g service even in the larger cities.
This is the form https://harquin.typeform.com/HCtravel
Thank you!
Hi @Sunshine376 Ah, that is most likely the reason. Since Typeform does require a good connection, they’ll want to be sure that they have a stable connection when uploading the documents in order to prevent the spinning wheel of death.
Hi Liz,
They have a stable connection it’s just slower and the images are larger.
Columbia is one of the countries that has had an issue.
We were wondering if there is some kind of work around that we can do to help our team out.
@Sunshine376 - if there is some way the users can change the resolution of the image and make them smaller that can help. I know that when i take images from my phone the default is a higher resolution that a typical web site jpg file. if they can save the files as lower resolution -but still readable - that will help in terms of dealing with the latency across the interweb especially with 3G networks.
