Issues with the survey

Hey, guys!

I developed an inner survey at my company, but I'm facing some issues. 

The survey is prolonged (people complain about the pages' delay), and the percentage is not correct. The survey is not full until 100%. The final question stops at 90%. 

I tried to reach the support team, but I could find any medium. 

Could you help me, please? 

Hi @leoribeirosantos Thanks for stopping by! The percentages on the form will change if you have logic jumps on the form. This is because, as the form is filled out, more or less questions may be added for the respondent depending on the path you have set for them. Though, if it’s ending early everytime when it shouldn’t be, it’s worth checking to see if you have any logics sending the respondent backwards in the form, which will cause issues. Instead, you’ll need to update the logics to send respondents forward in the form.
