The link I created for our employee survey is requiring a login for all employees to complete. Has anyone ever experienced this? Is there a setting to allow everyone with the link to complete without creating an account?

that usually happens when you have not published the survey and shared THAT link to the users.
look in the upper right corner of your Create screen and if you see a black button that says PUBLISH, push that button and then you will be able to copy the link the users should be using.
