I wonder if it’s possible to mobile keyboard popping up automatically when they need to answer short & long text.
so customers might feel they are using mobile messenger.

This will depend on the device your respondent is using to fill the form. If they’re on a PC, the input source would be a physical keyboard so no on-screen keyboard will be shown.
However, if they’re on a mobile, then the input source would be the keypad. In this case, an on-screen keyboard would be shown. Everything depends on the operating service your respondent will be using. Is this what you were looking for?
