Multiple form links for one form. Tracking form source via Whatsapp

Hi there!

 

I'm creating a form that is to be sent to various wapp groups. 

When they click the link, i would like to know from which wapp group they are from.l, as will initially only be collecting emails rather than phone numbers. 

It would also help me screen respondents without asking too many ID questions upforont.

I would suggest utilizing our hidden fields feature! This would allow you to change the URL for each WhatsApp group so you know the source when a respondent fills out the form. This article here can walk you through setting up hidden fields. 😀
