Is it possible to have multiple side tabs? For example, having two stacked vertically on top of each other - each with different typeforms (one for contact and one for scheduling).

not at the moment since they would overlap each other. However we do plan do add more settings for customizing the side tab button. I have added this to the list and while I can not promise any dates I will let you know here when the new functionality is available.
