My preview has the wrong image

Hi all! I copied a survey and created a new survey:

When I text the link, it shows the old survey in the preview (trade clerk), instead of the updated image (Get Fit Daddy).

Any idea how I can get it to update?

The preview here is showing up correctly, but when I text it, it’s completely wrong.
