Folks: when stuff like this happens, please check status.typeform.com.. that is where they post issues and outages to the platform.

hello! I just joined and have checked the status page. Everything is “All good.” But I am still getting the “no healthy upstream” message.
In your experience, does it happen that the status is fine but users are still getting the error message?
Can I log this issue with someone at Typeform, just so they know there is/might be an issue today (Oct 26, 2024).
I uploaded my first form and responders couldn’t take the survey. It’s making us look unprofessional and it’s hurting our lead generation.

the ‘no healthy upstream’ message typically means that the servers that send the data to the application servers (on the server side of internet applications) are timing out for some reason. It might be due to a backup window, volume of data requests etc.
it’s been reported as happening from time to time to Typeform Support - including by those of us on this thread.
happened to me about 20 minutes ago and then seemed to clear up about 10 minutes later..

It's the same thing here. The status page shows no sign of an outage, yet none of our customer-Typeforms work, disrupting marketing campaigns. Lots of angry customers. I don´t think Typeform is aware of this disruption.
I’ve got the ‘no healthy upstream’ a few times today, and even now. The official Typeform status page is all green lights and hasn’t acknowledged any problems.
I’ve sent a support ticket but what else did people do? Just wait?
