Problem with Multi-choice question and branching

Good morning everyone,

Hope you’re doing well,

I’m having a problem with the multi logic question currently.

I’m building a customer satisfaction survey with a second question asking which aircraft does the customer have?

There are 4 differents choices (A,B, C or D) and the answer can be single or multiple, depending of the customer, so technically there are 16 differents outcomes.

For each criteria chosen, there are differents references :

  • A contains 3 criterias
  • B contains 4 criterias
  • C contains 5 criterias
  • D contains 4 criterias

I want the customer to be able to display correct criterias depending of his choice(s) within the same question, e.g. if the customer chooses A,B,D i want to see all the 11 criterias proposed within the same question, (I know it’s possible to do question A follow-up criterias then question C follow-up criterias then question D follow-up criterias but I consider that way non elegant and there are lot of questions after to be answer, don’t want him to abandon the survey after that action).

Here below is what I had imagined for my branching but it doesn’t seem to work,

Customer satisfaction branching logic

If I chose A and B on my Q2 i only have the A criterias displayed and it moves after to the next question and completely ignores B chosen list of criterias.

Thank you in advance for your time looking at my problem!

@ccontreras23 - you will have some difficulty in achieving the result that you want: the multi-question page does not allow you to add logic rules to it.

if you created question groups for each choice, you could then use simple multiple select multiple choice logic to skip the choices you don’t need.

doesn’t address your ‘inelegant’ statement but at least you have the ability to make logic work.
