Published Form, but it is only showing 5 of the 8 questions

I am only seeing 5 or the 8 questions when I publish the form. Please let me know if there is something I need to do.

It looks like you have some logic setup on you typeform. The logic you have there is skipping some of your questions.

try making sure you saved all questions, and not only five of them,

some times a big problem can really be a little mistake...
