Hello!
I need to send the draft of the survey to my manager before the survey is sent to all employees. As I am new to Typeform I just need to know if I click the publish button I can email the link for the survey only to my manager. No one else can see that the survey is live.

If you’d like to have someone view the form before you go live with it, I would suggest sharing a workspace with them so they can see you form. You can learn more about sharing workspaces here.
