Redirecting URL

I am not able to use the redirect url feature after upgrading to the basic 100 responses membership. When I click the link to upgrade again to use the service it says it available for the plan I upgraded to. How do I correct this problem?

Hi @Flexthetic Thanks for stopping by the community and apologies for any confusion about our plans. If you’re trying to automatically redirect the respondent after submission, you’ll need to be on the Plus plan. You can read more about the redirect feature here.
