Responses Going Into Spam

Hi! We have created an RSVP form for an event and noticed that confirmation emails are being sent to respondent’s spam instead of their inbox. Is there any way to fix this issue besides marking the emails as “Not Spam” when they open them?

Hi @jbpr Thanks for popping by the community! We sadly don’t have much control over whether the email confirmations land in the main inbox or the spam inbox. However, on the ending page, you could add a note to let people know to check their spam in case it doesn’t arrive in their main inbox. This seems to help quite a bit!
