Sharing only some open text question responses in a summary

Hi! I’m creating a survey with open text questions. I want to share most of participants’ open text responses to a client-community. However, I’d like the responses to one open text question to remain confidential-- where only my company’s staff sees the responses. Is there a way to accomplish what Im’ trying to do?  Thanks.

Hi @Japser Happy Friday!

If you create a report to share, you have the option to turn on/off open-ended results:

Let me know if you have any trouble finding this option!

Thanks, Liz. I think my question was not clear. I’m interested in turning off only one specific open-text question--among several open-text questions.

I believe the toggle switch you reference in your answer impacts ALL open-text questions in a survey.

Please let me know if you have any additional thoughts,

Jasper

Hi @Japser We don’t have an option to turn off only one question at this time, but you could use Google Data Studio to create your own report, which would allow you to set this up as you’d like. 😁
