why does my form in standard embed on mobile look like this?

Hi @alexaa Thank you! Looking at the code, I can see that our embed code has been modified and some custom styling has been applied. Can you remove the current embed and grab the code from the builder, adding it onto the site without making any changes?

Hi @alexaa Can you send the URL where you have the form embedded so we can take a look? Additionally, what device/browser are you testing on?
