Trying to change dropdown options

Hi everyone, I hope you can help me with an issue I have.

One question in my form is a dropdown question type, with a list of about 20 names. This form is embedded in a website. 

The problem is: I tried to change some names of the list, but in the embedded version I keep seeing to old options. I tried to get a new embedding code and replace it, but it didn’t work.

What should I do?
