Two links

Hi ​@lali This is an interesting question! Do you mind sharing a bit more about what the two different links mean? Is it to track the source of a response? 

While it’s not exactly possible to have two links to the same form, you could use hidden fields to then sort of generate two different form links! Basically, you would change out the data in the hidden fields according to whatever it is you’d like to track.
