Hello!

I hit my monthly limit of 100 responses—so my typeforms have been set to private.

But they told me that I can start collecting responses again on December 9, 2022. Or it’s the day, so I open again my typeform, but they refused the responsed from my customers and now it's a big problem for me to organize my event! It’s really urgent and I need and answer quickly, but I don’t find any contact number… I can just send a e-mail. So do you have a solution please?

Yes thank you so much for your concern.

Typeform have to first execute my automatic debit before re-open it. Good to now for the next time. Il will open it on PM or the day after, it will be more secure :)
