Typeform does not make cancellation easy

I have followed the instructions as described but when I go to Typeform - Account   there is no option to cancel.  Seems rather problematic….

Hi @SoundWay Are you the owner of the account? If so, you should see an option under Plan and Billing to cancel your plan like this:
