Hi @Vikki If you’ve downgraded your plan, your form most likely still has features on it that were included on the plan you no longer have. You’ll need to remove those features. 

Additionally, you’ll want to be sure you don’t have the form open in another tab and/or that you’re not sharing the login with anyone else, which can show the error you’re seeing about changes made.
