Hi @Arhs Group Thanks for stopping by the community. Sometimes this message occurs when the internet connection of the respondent isn’t stable and/or if there aren’t enough responses remaining in your account. Do you happen to know if either of these is the case?

Despite our instructions to clear the browser cache, try using incognito mode, or attempt accessing it from a different browser, none of these solutions seemed to resolve the issue for them. Out of 50 subscriptions, more than 10 individuals reached out questioning why they were still encountering this error message and if we could add them manually. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this problem has occurred, though it's not been so widespread before.

Our remaining response quota is 310 out of 10,000 monthly. Do you have any other explanations?

Hm, those are usually the culprits of the issue. Do you mind sharing the URL where your respondents are accessing the typeform? Thanks again in advance!
