Why is my form closed if it says it's open?

I even tried to duplicate and open but it still says the form is closed.

Is it a bug? Am I doing something wrong?

Hi @edform2024 Thanks for popping by the community and apologies for any confusion. Do you have the form published? Additionally, do you have responses left in your account? If there aren’t responses left, then every form will close automatically until the next billing cycle or the account has been upgraded.
