Hi all

I have a fairly simple quiz question. there are 4 answers and any combo can be selected and each has an answers eg a,b,c+d, abcd etc. I have an answer to each. I set it up using the ‘outcome quiz/matching rules’ feature and it works just fine when testing with the preview button. However when saving an exporting the logic completely messes up and shows seemingly random responses. example a+b come up as the answer for b+d but tends to not be the same every time.

PS yes it is definitely saved.

Thanks in advance

Hi @itzamedia,

I would recommend reaching out to our support team via this link and provide screenshots or a screen recording of what you see on your end. They might need to dive into your account to see what’s going on.

@itzamedia - i know this will sound like a silly question ,but did you Publish the quiz? just saving it will not publish all the components into the ‘live version’ - you need to publish.

@itzamedia Did you find a solution for this? My logic in preview is working fine but is acting up when published. Essesntially ignoring the logic and scoring on published, but working in preview just very very slow. It is having a huge impact.

Hey @Rubbi2023,

I saw your other post about this, have you tried reaching out to the support team? If not, you can do so via this link. They would be best at helping troubleshoot what’s going on.
