Hello!

I tried connecting Typeform with Zoho. I get the “Sorry, we had trouble connecting to your account. Please check your username and password, and try again.” error. 
Login and password is correct.
Domain is .com
I tried clearing cache and cookies
Nothing worked for me

Hi @contactlainet Thanks for stopping by the community! Typically, this error does appear if the login information is incorrect. Do you mind trying on a different browser to see if the same issue applies? Thanks in advance!


Unfortunately, trying different browsers did not help. Login info is correct, I tried them to login to my Zoho account and there were no troubles.


I would then suggest contacting our tech support team here directly, as they can look to see if there are any errors in the backend for you. 😀
