We are receiving so many anonymous reviews with no content. We really want to upgrade and roll this out across the whole company, but until we sort this issue out we don't know what to do.😥
When we do it, put our email address in, show the video, it comes through. But I think we've had about 30 other people try, and they all come through anonymous. And no video content.

Do you have the contact form fields set to required? And are people completing the videoask, or are the anonymous responses coming through before they get to the contact form? If you’re able to share the videoask url so we can take a look that might help us troubleshoot this one too.
