Could we set up a scenario and send it automatically from the system to a predefined list of recipients regularly (e.g., once a week)?
We want to use the system to regularly answer task completion questions and share information with the same recipients.
And so that all people can access the results (this would be 3-5 people).

I would recommend creating your videoask and then using an email marketing tool to set up a list of contacts to email both the link to the videoask and the link to the response inbox so that everyone can see the results as they come rolling in.
I would imagine you could use something like Make to automate this, I bet
