collect video testimanials without loggin in requirement

Hi,

 

We are using videoask to collect video testionials from our users but our flow is different and we do not need our user to enter an personal details nor is he required to log in inorder to provide his testimnial.

while working with the AI it seems that loggin in is a must in order to provide a testimanial - does it make sense? can you please direct me to the part in teh documintation which bypasses the requirement of videoask repsonders to any type of of a loggin please

Hi @Rani Bender welcome to the community 😊 I have moved your question under the VideoAsk section so more VideoAsk users can see it.

Are you using the API documentation? Adding a contact form isn’t mandatory, you can set up a videoask without the contact form if you don’t need people to fill in contact information. 

A respondent doesn’t need a VideoAsk account to leave a testimonial but if you are asking for video or audio responses VideoAsk does need access to the device camera and microphone so it will ask permission to use them before recording can proceed.
