People are saying their VideoAsk video freezes when trying to submit

I’ve sent out a ton of videoask links for job applicants and I’m getting a ton of people saying the app freezes or the video freezes.  Anybody else have this issue?  If so, is there a fix?

    Do you know at what point the videoask is freezing? If it’s on a particular step or after they take an action?
